J. C. Servant, a Christian poet, author and mother who believes in upholding Christian virtues and values. She developed an interest in writing when she became friends with a much more older lady who was columnist for a tabloid in Nigeria. Many years later she studied journalism at the London school of journalism in Hyde park and Subsequently worked for a Nigerian Magazine. After leaving the magazine, she started a blog page with featured fictional stories. She also spent some time working as a part time researcher. This led her to do an MSc in Social Research. Whilst she was pregnant with her twins, she began thinking about interesting ways that she could teach them obedience, love, kindness, empathy and basic skills. With the encouragement of her late husband, she began writing inserts for birthday and seasonal cards and just about any reasonable(debatable) topic that crossed her mind and her first book; the adventures of Lottie and Layla.
